Concert: George Clinton/House of Blues

John, Heather, and I head to House of Blues in Anaheim (on Disney grounds) to see George Clinton and the P.Funk All-Stars.

Amazing(!) show with a lot of energy from the crowd. A lively bunch of girls put on a chorus line on one of the bars, while the act on stage ran a steady stream of funk for a solid 3 hours before the bassist changed his axe for the first time.

Concert: Rob Zombie/Wiltern

John, Heather, and I went to see Rob Zombie at the Wiltern on April 24, 2006.

The first two sections had been turned in to a pit, and we were about 2/3 of the way back in the pit from the stage, maybe 30-40 feet.
