Munch Box - but when?

Does anyone know what time Munch Box opens?

I meet up with friends there at about ten minutes to noon today, and it is closed up. We hang out for about 30 minutes, and many people drive up and ask us what's going on. All we can do is tell them - sorry, they don't appear to be open. We're waiting for them, too.
